Elite Self Storage St. Albert

We used the St Albert storage facility and couldn't have been more impressed. We rented a 10x30 unit as well as an RV space. Very nice people, clean and professionally run. We never worried about security, I slept well at night. In a world where decent customer service is hard to find, these guys are a throw back to to a time where keeping customers happy was of utmost importance.

Always an excellent experience with storing our RV at Elite Storage on Riel Drive. All of the ladies I have dealt with have been very courteous and helpful. They do their best to let us return to the same spot every year. A well managed business in my opinion. Owner a very personal individual and interested in keeping his customers satisfied.

Clean facility, well secured, and good access. Good option at a good price. Where nobody can compare is the customer service. Wonderful, friendly staff that seem happy to be helping their customers, and have gone out of their way - at no gain - to make one happy child by keeping him flush with little foam astronauts and space loot. Would rate 6 stars if I could.

So I came back after a year to rent just a small storage space to put stuff that would normally go in a closet, however I just moved in with my daughter with 3 kids and just no extra space. Being on a budget, the counter lady (Sheila) was so helpful in finding me the smaller size in the heated building for dirt cheap with 30% off for the first 4 months.!!! I was on a time crunch as I needed to pick up my grandson by noon and Sheila helped me unload and get everything in storage. They even have dollies and an elevator there… That was great!! I totally recommend “Elite Self Storage St. Albert formerly Riel Park RV & Self Storage” to anyone! Very clean, very helpful and a budget for all… Thank you once again for making this easy..
