I had such a great experience with Mini Mall Storage! I looked at quite a few storage facilities throughout Edmonton and St. Albert before deciding, and Mini Mall Storage was by far the most responsive and helpful.
Christina and the rest of the team were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the entire process. They have great units with lots of different options, and the facility feels clean, secure, and well maintained.
One thing I especially appreciated was how transparent they were about pricing. There were no surprise or hidden fees, and all of the costs were clearly explained upfront, which made the entire experience that much better.
If you’re looking for a safe, reliable storage facility with a team that genuinely goes above and beyond to help you, I would absolutely recommend Mini Mall Storage. Thank you again to Christina and the entire team for taking such great care of me!

I rented a unit here for about 6-7 months, and my moving in and out experience here was truly exceptional. I didn’t have to stress about getting charged on the moving out day, and it was easy to get a hold of the front desk regarding when I want to move out. The storage itself is clean, as well as the surrounding area. It’s also very helpful that they have a donation bin near their office.
Price is very good as well and they are very transparent with the charges, and any increase that takes place after the promotion period ends.
I didn’t get the chance to get the names of the ladies at the front desk so i’d love to give them a shoutout here. They have been really helpful, friendly, and very bubbly.
100% would recommend this storage place to whoever needs one.

Conni was amazing. She was so helpfull. We had never used a storage facility before and she went throgh everything so we understood what was happening. All the staff are so friendly. We give them a 5 star rating.
