Contacted the site for information on vehicle storage - spoke with Connie who was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided all the information we needed. I asked her to follow up by email with details, which she did, and the following day we signed a contract with her. Great service, great prices, helpful and friendly staff! Would absolutely recommend to our friends and family! Thanks!!

10/10 wish I could give more stars. Christina was Awesome to deal with. She was so helpful and got me a unit quick and easy. She has a positive energy, and made me feel safe in leaving my belongings at this storage facility. It's a great place, my unit was very clean when I got it. When you call ask for Christina and tell her I sent you! They had an AMAZING deal for the first month when I signed up. Thank You Christina!!

Had an excellent experience at Mini Mall Storage on July 29, 2025. I arrived close to closing, but Conni was incredibly patient and helpful, staying past 5pm to finalize everything. I also briefly spoke with two other staff members.... such kind and professional people.... Easily the best customer service I’ve experienced.

We were moving into Saint Albert and needed to store a bunch of stuff, while we made that transition, so we rented a large locker from this company which we filled with our items, and they were very helpful and very accommodating to get a nice double ended 10‘ x 30‘ locker
The support staff at the front counter have been amazing. One time I forgot to put our lock on the locker and they put a security lock on it with a phone number to call to be able to get it unlocked, so the security is obviously very top-notch and in fact they actually have a security guard driving around after office hours just to make sure everything is nice and safe
We have downsized to a 10‘ x 10‘ locker and are planning on using it as our “garage“ for quite some time as the house we have now moved into does not have a ton of storage space, and I can see us utilizing this company’s services for quite some time in the future

I filled out a form online for a parking spot. When I went in to discuss details I met with Christina and she was SO helpful! She explained how the billing cycle works, and was able to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend Mini Mall storage for the customer service and the price!
