His follow-up calls were helpful, addressing all my questions and ensuring a seamless process. The facility itself is spotless - nothing like the creepy storage places I've used in the past. A standout feature is the covered, heated parking area that connects directly to the storage rooms - a huge bonus during snowy winters.
