Excellent service from Tia. This girl has skills in many areas & helped me in a difficult time. Tia's ability to see beyond just 'renting a storage space' is amazing. Tia made a difficult situation manageable & gave me hope. Tia is truly ' a caring people person who spent as much time as I needed to help with my storage needs as well as the compassionate/personal side of things.
Not many people go above & beyond as Tia has, I will be forever grateful for her kindness.
Going into this facility is a class act. From entering the gate to leaving, all digital, quick & easy.

Super easy to set up online. Cheaper than other options I had looked at for an indoor unit that’s climate controlled. They have a drive in bay with dollies and carts available for use which makes loading and unloading super easy. Everything is controlled through the app (either on your phone or smart watch), by which I mean all the doors, gates, and the unit. It’s very clean inside. If you’re in St. Albert it’s centrally located and easy access with very flexible hours. Highly recommend this facility.

We used the indoor climate controlled storage to help us in our move and I am very happy with our experience these past three months. Evan was very professional in his communication and demeanour.
We purchased three months with the first month free. As the end of the third month approached Evan was able to get us a smaller unit (5x10) close to ours for 65% of the price of our 10x10, allowing a couple days grace period between our move in date and the end of the previous unit’s closing date.
It is new, secure, easy to access all using your phone, and clean.

The keyless entry is fantastic, and the facilities are clean and well maintained. Plus- having clean, nice washrooms on site is the biggest bonus!! Tia was great to deal with, and I would recommend SmartStop to anyone needing storage.
