Tia made a difficult situation manageable & gave me hope. Super easy to set up online. Cheaper than other options I had looked at for an indoor unit that’s climate controlled. They have a drive in bay with dollies and carts available for use which makes loading and unloading super easy. Everything is controlled through the app (either on your phone or smart watch), by which I mean all the doors, gates, and the unit. It’s very clean inside. If you’re in St. Albert it’s centrally located and easy access with very flexible hours. Highly recommend this facility.

Our new experience with SmartStop Self Storage was terrific ! Absolutely every aspect of the process for a new customer was first class. I approached Mohita and she held a space for me as I was moving out of my old storage facility. A different and larger space came up so she switched me to the larger space and she was patient while I navigated timing of getting moved out of my previous storage unit. She showed me the spaces and options, went over pricing clearly and patiently and all of this was done by Mohita with a smile, great attitude and sense of humour.
